Unattainable (Undeniable #3) Review

Warning: This is not a virtuous and tender love story. It’s chaotic, ruthless, and tragic. This story takes love and kills its innocence, steals away the pure moments, and crushes the hearts of the broken. A story born in childhood, tying one girl to one boy, leads to a destructive path—that hurts more than it doesn't  that shatters more than it heals—testing the love that binds the two through a lifetime.

Tegen Matthews is the daughter of Dorothy Kelley, a club whore in the Hell’s Horsemen. A plain little girl, Tegen falls into the gritty world of the motorcycle club. When she meets a sweet, caring boy, she embraces the warmth and affection he shows her. Cage West is the son of the president of the Hell’s Horsemen. Tall and blond with deep brown eyes, as he grows up Cage realizes the power of his dimpled smile and smooth drawl. With one chance encounter, Tegen becomes forever tied to Cage. Following is a wayward journey that is filled with regrets, mistakes, and heartache, pulling at the threads that hold them together. Cage and Tegen fight hard but love harder, and in the end, what matters is where the journey takes one girl and one boy, who have been twined with one another since the beginning.

This is Tegen and Cage’s story.

Love doesn't erase a broken heart, and it sure doesn't change people. But no matter how old, how flimsy, how frayed the rope of love is, it keeps you tethered to the people you love.

Fuck me.  Seriously.  Why do I always get drawn into Madeline Sheehan's crazy ass biker world?  I'm like a moth to a damn flame.

Ok so this one starts out with our girl Tegen, who is somehow even crazier and angrier than she was before if that can be believed, dealing with her new life in San Francisco but still holding a torch, lit in gasoline, for our boy Cage.  And angry doesn't even begin to cover it.  She is pissed way the hell off.  I guess giving it up to a guy who doesn't remember is a bad thing...  But then again I blame her for this anger she has.  She knew Cage's reputation and went for it anyway.

Cage is a sexy mess.  He always has been, but this book he gets to be an even sexier mess.  Deuce is still an ass and rides this boy hard.  He never shows an ounce of gentle kindness to his kid, always calls him a fuck up or a mess or a stupid moron.  You know, supportive dad words.  Needless to say, their relationship is not great.  And as Cage starts to have feelings for a recently returned Tegen, he is faced with another surprise.  She has another brother from the MC on the side, and you know nothing good comes of that.

All this is wrapped up in drama drama drama.  I have come to realize I like the men in these stories more than I like the women.  Tegen got on my last nerve with her screaming bullshit.  If I were Cage I would have dropped her and never looked back.  But I am a bitch like that.  I love Cage, I understand a lot more about ZZ, Deuce is still a dick, and I fell in love with Dirty.  Dirty and Ellie's side story was heartbreaking and beautiful.  I want a whole book on just them.  They are amazing!

I give this crazy ass book 4.5 lipsticks.  It's good, if you can get past Tegen's bullshit.  =)

    1. It's not as intense as the first one, but it is better than the second one. Tegen made me homicidal, but most of the women in Sheehan's novels do. I read it for the male characters...lol
